He is a Post Graduate in Marketing & Human Resource Management and has completed Management Development Program from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is also a certified consultant of Extended DISC, Finland. His deliverables in HR System include Designing/Redesigning the organization structure, roles & responsibilities mapping, developing the employee policy manual, designing and implementing the performance management system, with experience in competency mapping. Apart from the HR system, he has expertise in statutory compliance.
